What is Roadies?

Roadies is redefining how people view and support the artists they love. The platform is focused on community, safety, and growth. This platform is building a solid community for artists while providing a new revenue stream and access to production capital. We are bringing solutions to visual artists that focus on the artist and their community. We are democratizing the art world.

We’re a creative and curious team, passionate about changing the way people discover and engage with art and community. We’re results-driven and thrive on moving fast and having fun while doing so.

Our Founder, Yaovi Kpoga, considers himself a visionary and technologist. As a first generation immigrant, he knows art is a cornerstone to communities and should be accessible for everyone. You can read more about him and his vision on Medium.

WHO YOU ARE

• A people person, first and foremost - builds rapport quickly
• Demonstrates proof of passion for community building through personal interest groups, leadership participation and/or Discord servers
• Independent and self-driven; not afraid to take charge
• Understands social media with a firm grasp on TikTok and IG reels
• Knows how to identify key influencers
• Can create content and are comfortable on camera

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead organic marketing and content efforts taking the Roadies brand voice and distilling it across social platforms in winning content types, while getting the Roadies brand “out there” whatever it takes!
• You’ll create design and create image and video content from culture x finance memes, informational posts, videos adapting to the voice and culture of the Roadies brand for Instagram, TikTok and Twitter
